Job Summary
Recruit, train, and manage all employees while enforcing company policies and documenting progressive discipline. Schedule labor according to federal wage and hour regulations and coordinate Assistant Manager coverage when needed. Ensure the food service area remains clean, secure, and properly maintained, strictly enforcing uniform and dress codes. Verify all staff hold valid Food Handlers cards, inventory supplies and products, and monitor waste disposal. Conduct weekly inventories to measure accurate food costs against sales and ensure all food items meet branded regulations. Execute security and emergency protocols. Requires a High School diploma or GED, English proficiency, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to speak, read and write in English
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry boxes and/or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time (95%), Sitting (5%)
- Ability to climb, balance, reach, grab, stoop, crawl, bend, and crouch for extended periods
- Ability to use close, distant, color and peripheral vision, depth perception and visual focus
- Ability to smell and identify odors
- Ability to clearly hear and interpret voice commands and telephone communications
- Must have, and ensure employees working in branded food have, Food Handlers card
