Job Summary
Conduct daily sales, marketing, and customer service activities within a defined territory by meeting with existing and potential residential and commercial clients to evaluate tree and shrub care needs. Establish and maintain positive business relationships, prepare proposals using sales tools, and supervise work to ensure jobs are completed per contract and client satisfaction. Implement safety, transportation, and pesticide compliance programs while working as a member of a tree care crew during the training process. Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of related experience in the tree care industry or prior sales experience
- ISA Arborist Certification or ability to obtain
- Valid driver's license
- Clean motor vehicle record
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Turfgrass, Environmental Science, Plant Science, Outdoor Recreation, Agriculture or a related field
