Job Summary
Manage sales, marketing, and customer service duties within a defined territory by meeting with residential and commercial clients daily to evaluate tree and shrub care needs. Establish positive business relationships, prepare proposals using sales tools, and supervise work to ensure jobs meet contract requirements and client satisfaction. Transition from tree care crew work to a full-time Arborist Representative role while implementing safety, transportation, and pesticide compliance programs. Set personal sales expectations with your supervisor to meet goals. This position offers $28.00-$40.00 per hour plus commission, benefits, and advancement opportunities within Bartlett Tree Experts.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of related experience in the tree care industry or prior sales experience
- ISA Arborist Certification or ability to obtain
- Valid driver's license
- Clean motor vehicle record
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Turfgrass, Environmental Science, Plant Science, Outdoor Recreation, Agriculture or a related field
