Job Summary
Meet with existing and potential residential and commercial clients daily to evaluate tree and shrub care needs and establish positive business relationships within your defined territory. Prepare and provide proposals using sales process tools, supervise crew work to ensure completion based on signed contracts, and implement all safety, transportation, and pesticide compliance programs. Learn all areas of sales including marketing, customer service, administration, and production while working as a member of a tree care crew during training. Set personal sales expectations with your immediate supervisor to meet goals. Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of related experience in the tree care industry or prior sales experience
- ISA Arborist Certification or ability to obtain
- Valid driver's license
- Clean motor vehicle record
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Turfgrass, Environmental Science, Plant Science, Outdoor Recreation, Agriculture or a related field
