Job Summary
Conduct daily sales and client visits within a defined territory to evaluate tree and shrub care needs, assess existing and potential residential and commercial properties, and establish long-term business relationships. Prepare proposals using sales process tools, supervise work completion based on signed contracts, and implement safety and pesticide compliance programs. Set personal sales expectations with a supervisor to meet goals while maintaining positive client interactions. This role offers a base salary draw plus commission, with opportunities for advancement from within the company.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of related experience in the tree care industry or prior sales experience
- ISA Arborist Certification or ability to obtain
- Ability to learn to identify trees and shrubs common to the region, diagnose pests and diseases, and recommend corrective action or proactive management plans
- Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Turfgrass, Environmental Science, Plant Science, Outdoor Recreation, Agriculture or a related field
