Job Summary
Conduct daily sales and client visits within a defined territory to evaluate tree and shrub care needs, assess property conditions, and establish long-term business relationships. Prepare and deliver proposals using sales process tools while supervising work execution to ensure completion based on signed contracts and client satisfaction. Manage all sales, marketing, customer service, administration, production, and training activities for the assigned region. Implement and enforce safety, transportation, and pesticide compliance programs throughout operations. Set personal sales expectations with immediate supervisors to meet goals. Requires ISA Arborist Certification or ability to obtain, valid driver's license, and 1-3 years of related experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of related experience in the tree care industry or prior sales experience
- ISA Arborist Certification or ability to obtain
- Ability to learn to identify trees and shrubs common to the region, diagnose pests and diseases, and recommend corrective action or proactive management plans
- Valid driver's license
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Turfgrass, Environmental Science, Plant Science, Outdoor Recreation, Agriculture or a related field
