Job Summary
Conduct daily sales and client visits within a defined territory to evaluate tree and shrub care needs, establish long-term relationships, and deliver scientific recommendations. Prepare proposals using sales process tools and supervise work to ensure contracts are completed to client satisfaction. Implement safety, transportation, and pesticide compliance programs while meeting personal sales goals set with your supervisor. This role combines arboriculture expertise with sales responsibilities, offering a base salary plus commission, vehicle, and access to research laboratories in Littleton, CO.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of related experience in the tree care industry or prior sales experience
- ISA Arborist Certification or ability to obtain
- Ability to learn to identify trees and shrubs common to the region, diagnose pests and diseases, and recommend corrective action or proactive management plans
- Valid driver's license
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Turfgrass, Environmental Science, Plant Science, Outdoor Recreation, Agriculture or a related field
