Job Summary
Conduct daily sales and client visits within a defined territory to evaluate tree and shrub care needs, establish long-term relationships, and provide scientific recommendations. Prepare proposals using sales process tools, supervise work completion per signed contracts, and implement safety and pesticide compliance programs. Set personal sales expectations with a supervisor to meet goals while managing residential and commercial accounts. Earn a salary of $70,000-$125,000 plus commission, bonus, and benefits including paid car, uniform, and cell phone. ISA Arborist Certification is required or obtainable with company support.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of related experience in the tree care industry or prior sales experience
- ISA Arborist Certification or ability to obtain
- Ability to learn to identify trees and shrubs common to the region, diagnose pests and diseases, and recommend corrective action or proactive management plans
- Valid driver's license
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Turfgrass, Environmental Science, Plant Science, Outdoor Recreation, Agriculture or a related field
