Arborist Sales Representative

Conduct daily sales and client visits within a defined territory to evaluate tree and shrub care needs, establish long-term business relationships, and provide scientific care recommendations. Prepare proposals using sales tools, supervise contracted work to ensure client satisfaction, and set personal sales expectations to meet goals. Implement and enforce safety, transportation, and pesticide compliance programs while managing all sales, marketing, customer service, administration, production, and training duties. This role offers a base salary plus commission, includes company-provided vehicle and uniform, and provides access to training from the Bartlett Tree Experts Research Laboratories.
