Arborist Sales Representative

Job Summary
Conduct daily sales and client visits within a defined territory to evaluate tree and shrub care needs, establish long-term business relationships, and provide scientific recommendations. Prepare proposals using sales tools, supervise work completion per signed contracts, and enforce safety, transportation, and pesticide compliance programs. Set personal sales expectations with your supervisor to meet goals. Requires ISA Arborist Certification or ability to obtain it, valid driver's license, and 1-3 years of related experience. Full-time role in Sonoma, CA with a salary range of $70,000-$125,000 plus commission.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of related experience in the tree care industry or prior sales experience
- ISA Arborist Certification or ability to obtain
- Ability to learn to identify trees and shrubs common to the region, diagnose pests and diseases, and recommend corrective action or proactive management plans
- Valid driver's license
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Turfgrass, Environmental Science, Plant Science, Outdoor Recreation, Agriculture or a related field
