Job Summary
Perform tree and shrub care treatments using spray, injection, and soil application tools as prescribed by the Arborist Representative. Communicate with clients regarding work performed during site visits while mixing and applying pesticides and fertilizers according to diagnosis, safety procedures, and label instructions. Maintain and operate equipment and vehicles, including hand tools and portable spray machinery, while completing accurate daily record-keeping and reporting. Safely drive a company vehicle to multiple properties throughout the day and work as a member of a tree care crew under supervision during the off-season. This role offers a safety-first culture with advancement opportunities and industry credential license pay increases.
Required Qualifications
- A passion for nature, the environment, and the outdoors
- Interest in working outdoors year-round in all weather conditions
- Ability to obtain a Commercial Pesticide Applicator License
- Valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Prior tree care, landscaping, forestry, turf care, or horticulture experience
- Degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Turfgrass, Environmental Science, Plant Science, Outdoor Recreation, Agriculture or a related field
