Job Summary
Conduct tree and shrub care treatments using spray, injection, and soil injection tools as prescribed by the Arborist Representative. Mix and apply pesticides and fertilizers according to diagnosis, safety procedures, and label instructions. Maintain and operate hand tools, spray equipment, and vehicles while safely driving to multiple properties throughout the day. Communicate with clients regarding work performed during site visits and complete accurate daily record-keeping and reporting. Work as a member of a tree care crew under supervision during the off-season. This role offers hands-on training provided by Bartlett's dedicated team of arborists.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to obtain a Commercial Pesticide Applicator License
- Valid driver's license

- Interest in working outdoors year-round in all weather conditions
- Prior tree care, landscaping, forestry, turf care, or horticulture experience
- Degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Turfgrass, Environmental Science, Plant Science, Outdoor Recreation, Agriculture or a related field
