Job Summary
Perform tree and shrub care treatments using spray, injection, and soil injection tools as prescribed by the Arborist Representative. Mix and apply pesticides and fertilizers according to diagnosis, safety procedures, and label instructions while maintaining and operating equipment and vehicles. Communicate with clients regarding site visits and complete accurate daily record-keeping and reporting. Safely drive a company vehicle to multiple properties throughout the day. Work as a member of a tree care crew under the Crew Leader's supervision during the off-season. This role supports Bartlett Tree Experts' mission of preserving trees through scientific research and hands-on training provided by our dedicated team.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to obtain a Commercial Pesticide Applicator License
- Valid driver's license

- Interest in working outdoors year-round in all weather conditions
- Prior tree care, landscaping, forestry, turf care, or horticulture experience
- Degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Turfgrass, Environmental Science, Plant Science, Outdoor Recreation, Agriculture or a related field
