Job Summary
Perform tree and shrub care treatments using spray, injection, and soil tools as prescribed by the Arborist Representative. Communicate with clients regarding work performed during site visits while mixing and applying pesticides and fertilizers according to diagnosis, safety procedures, label instructions, and state laws. Maintain and operate equipment and vehicles, including hand tools, spray agitators, and portable spray equipment, while completing accurate daily record-keeping and reporting. Safely drive a company vehicle to multiple properties throughout the day and work as a member of a tree care crew under supervision during the off-season. This role offers hands-on training provided by Bartlett's dedicated team of arborists.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to obtain a Commercial Pesticide Applicator License
- Valid driver's license

- Prior tree care, landscaping, forestry, turf care, or horticulture experience
- Degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Turfgrass, Environmental Science, Plant Science, Outdoor Recreation, Agriculture or a related field
