Job Summary
Perform tree and shrub care treatments using spray, injection, and soil application tools as prescribed by the Arborist Representative. Communicate with clients regarding work performed during site visits while safely driving a company vehicle to multiple properties throughout the day. Mix and apply pesticides and fertilizers according to diagnosis, safety procedures, label instructions, and state laws. Maintain and operate equipment and vehicles including hand tools and portable spray machinery. Complete accurate record-keeping and reporting daily. Work as a member of a tree care crew under the Arborist Crew Leader's supervision during the off-season.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to obtain a Commercial Pesticide Applicator License
- Valid driver's license

- Interest in working outdoors year-round in all weather conditions
- Prior tree care, landscaping, forestry, turf care, or horticulture experience
- Degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Turfgrass, Environmental Science, Plant Science, Outdoor Recreation, Agriculture or a related field
