Job Summary
Conduct on-the-job training to safely perform arboriculture tasks including pruning, rigging, cabling, bracing, and hazardous tree removal. Operate and maintain equipment such as hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts while implementing work zone safety procedures. Assist Arborist Climbers and Crew Leaders with ground and aloft duties, and handle driving, backing, dumping, and parking responsibilities. Adhere strictly to all safety rules and company policies. This entry-level role offers hands-on field experience in scientific tree care on commercial and residential properties within a safety-first culture, with advancement opportunities from within.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license

- Interest in working outdoors year-round performing manual labor in all weather conditions
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to participate within a multi-disciplinary team
- Prior tree care, landscaping, forestry, or horticulture experience
- Degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Plant Science, Landscape Management, Environmental Science or a related field
