Arborist Crew Leader

Conduct pruning, cabling, bracing, rigging, and removals while safely supervising crew members and managing equipment like chainsaws and aerial lifts. Ensure all tree care work adheres to industry standards and verify that each team member is properly trained for designated assignments. Communicate with clients, answer questions, and build relationships while maintaining a cooperative attitude on job sites. Lead crews as directed by the Arborist Representative and Local Manager.
