Job Summary
Lead pruning, cabling, rigging, and removals while safely supervising crew members on tree care jobs. Operate hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts, ensuring all work meets industry and company standards. Manage crew assignments, verify training for designated tasks, and maintain equipment. Communicate with clients, answer questions, and build relationships on site. Work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions under the direction of the Arborist Representative and Local Manager.
Required Qualifications
- At least three (3) years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience in the tree care industry
- Valid driver's license
- Class B CDL
- Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions
