Arborist Crew Leader

Safely perform and supervise all aspects of arboriculture, including pruning, cabling, bracing, rigging, and removals. Maintain and operate equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts while managing crews under the direction of the Arborist Representative and Local Manager. Ensure all crew members are trained for designated assignments and that work adheres to industry and company standards. Communicate with clients and build relationships on job sites. This role requires at least three years of tree climbing and aerial lift experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
