Job Summary
Safely perform and supervise all tree care services, including pruning, cabling, rigging, and removals, while maintaining and operating equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts. Supervise and manage crews, ensuring each member is trained appropriately for designated assignments and that all work meets industry and company standards. Communicate with clients, answer questions, and build relationships while maintaining a cooperative attitude on job sites. Work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions with a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- At least three (3) years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience in the tree care industry
- Valid driver's license
- Class B CDL
- Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions
