Arborist Crew Leader

Supervise and safely perform all tree care services, including pruning, cabling, bracing, rigging, and removals, while maintaining and operating equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts. Manage crews by ensuring each member is trained for designated assignments and that all work adheres to industry and company standards. Communicate with clients, answer questions, and build relationships while directing operations as the lead for a tree care team.
