Arborist Crew Leader

Conduct all tree care services safely and efficiently, including pruning, cabling, bracing, rigging, and removals. Supervise and manage crews while performing these tasks as directed by the Arborist Representative and Local Manager. Maintain and operate equipment such as hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts. Ensure each crew member is trained appropriately for designated job assignments and that all work meets industry and company standards. Communicate with clients and answer questions on-site. This role requires at least three years of tree climbing and aerial lift experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work outdoors year-round. Located in San Rafael, CA, this full-time position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $33.00 to $53.00.
