Arborist Crew Leader

Lead a tree care crew by safely performing and supervising all aspects of arboriculture, including pruning, cabling, bracing, rigging, and removals. Maintain and operate equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts while ensuring every crew member is trained appropriately for designated assignments. Manage the team in accordance with industry and company standards, communicating directly with clients to answer questions and build relationships. Work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions, reporting to the Arborist Representative and Local Manager.
