Job Summary
Supervise and safely perform all tree care services, including pruning, cabling, bracing, rigging, and removals, while maintaining and operating equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts. Manage crews by ensuring each member is trained for designated assignments and that all work adheres to industry and company standards. Communicate with clients, answer questions, and build relationships while bringing a cooperative attitude to the job site. Work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions. Full-time role in Bolingbrook, IL with a salary of $28.00-$34.00.
Required Qualifications
- A passion for nature, the environment, and the outdoors
- At least three (3) years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience in the tree care industry
- Valid driver's license
- Class B CDL
- Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions
