Job Summary
Lead a tree care crew by safely performing and supervising pruning, cabling, bracing, rigging, and removals while operating hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts. Maintain equipment, ensure all crew members are trained for designated assignments, and verify work meets industry and company standards. Supervise operations as directed by the Arborist Representative and Local Manager, communicating with clients and answering questions. Work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions with a cooperative attitude. Full-time regular position in Olympia, WA.
Required Qualifications
- A passion for nature, the environment, and the outdoors
- At least three (3) years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience in the tree care industry
- Valid driver's license
- Class B CDL
- Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions
- Proven initiative
