Job Summary
Lead a tree care crew by safely performing and supervising all arboriculture tasks, including pruning, cabling, rigging, and removals. Operate hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts while ensuring every crew member is trained for their designated assignments. Manage the team in accordance with industry standards, communicate with clients, and maintain a cooperative attitude on job sites. Required Qualifications
- A passion for nature, the environment, and the outdoors
- At least three (3) years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience in the tree care industry
- Valid driver's license
- Class B CDL
- Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions
