Arborist Crew Leader

Lead a tree care crew by safely performing and supervising pruning, cabling, rigging, and removals while maintaining and operating hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts. Ensure all crew members are trained for their designated assignments and that work adheres to industry standards. Manage the team under direction from the Arborist Representative and Local Manager while communicating with clients and building relationships. Maintain a cooperative attitude on all job sites. This role requires at least three years of tree climbing and aerial lift experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
