Job Summary
Supervise and safely perform all tree care services including pruning, cabling, rigging, and removals while operating hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts. Manage and train crew members to ensure work meets industry standards, communicate with clients, and maintain equipment. Work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions with a cooperative attitude, reporting to the Arborist Representative and Local Manager. Located in West Chester, PA, this full-time role offers competitive pay, 401k, PTO, and access to training resources.
Required Qualifications
- A passion for nature, the environment, and the outdoors
- At least three (3) years of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift experience in the tree care industry
- Valid driver's license
- Class B CDL
- Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions
