Job Summary
Conduct hands-on arboriculture training to safely perform tree climbing, pruning, rigging, cabling, bracing, and hazardous tree removal. Maintain and operate equipment including hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts while implementing work zone safety procedures. Assist Arborist Climbers and Crew Leaders with ground and aloft tasks, including driving, backing, dumping, and parking duties. Adhere strictly to all safety rules and company policies. Gain practical field experience in scientific tree and shrub care on commercial and residential properties through on-the-job training with Bartlett's dedicated team. Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
