Job Summary
Conduct hands-on training to safely perform arboriculture tasks including tree climbing, pruning, rigging, cabling, and hazardous tree removal. Operate equipment such as chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts while maintaining work zone safety procedures. Assist senior arborists on ground and aloft, and handle driving, backing, and dumping duties. Adhere strictly to all safety rules and company policies. Requires a valid driver's license and willingness to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
Required Qualifications

- Interest in working outdoors year-round in all weather conditions
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work on a multi-disciplinary team
Desired Qualifications
- Prior tree care, landscaping, forestry, turf care, or horticulture experience
- Degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Turfgrass, Environmental Science, Plant Science, Outdoor Recreation, Agriculture or a related field
