Job Summary
Conduct ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties to support tree and shrub care services on residential and commercial properties. Safely perform tree identification, risk assessments, pruning, removals, cabling, and bracing while maintaining tools and equipment. Adhere to all safety rules and policies under the direction of the Arborist Crew Leader. Requires one year of tree climbing and aerial lift experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- A passion for nature, the environment, and the outdoors
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- At least one (1) year of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift operation experience in the tree care industry
- Valid driver's license
- Clean motor vehicle record
- Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions

- Class B CDL
