Job Summary
Perform ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties to execute tree identification, risk assessments, pruning, removals, cabling, and bracing on residential and commercial properties. Safely operate hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts while adhering to all safety policies. Maintain equipment and work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions. Requires one year of tree climbing and aerial lift experience, a valid driver's license, and a passion for the outdoors. Located in Frederick, MD, this full-time role offers competitive pay starting at $24-$28 per hour with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401k.
Required Qualifications
- At least one (1) year of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift operation experience in the tree care industry
- Valid driver's license
- Class B CDL
- Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions
