Job Summary
Perform ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties in support of specific job assignments as directed by the Arborist Crew Leader. Safely execute all arboriculture tasks including tree identification, risk assessments, pruning, removals, cabling, bracing, and root collar excavations. Maintain and operate tools and equipment such as hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts while strictly adhering to safety rules and policies. Requires at least one year of tree climbing and aerial lift experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- A passion for nature, the environment, and the outdoors
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- At least one (1) year of tree climbing (DdRT or SRT) and aerial lift operation experience in the tree care industry
- Valid driver's license
- Clean motor vehicle record
- Ability to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions
