Arborist

Conduct ground, tree climbing, and aerial lift duties as directed by the Crew Leader. Safely perform arboriculture tasks including tree identification, risk assessments, pruning, removals, cabling, bracing, and root collar excavations. Maintain and operate hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts while executing tree and shrub care treatments via spray, injection, and soil application. Adhere strictly to all safety rules and company policies. This full-time role offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $18.00 to $30.00, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off. Candidates must have at least one year of tree care experience, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.
