Arborist Assistant

Arborist Assistant at SavATree supports sales and branch operations: outbound sales calls and lead generation; creating proposals and scheduling customer appointments; maintaining sales calendars; delivering world-class customer service on inbound calls; processing payments; administering the customer database and records; completing paperwork for Sales Arborists; and participating in call monitoring and coaching for training and quality. Preferred qualifications include an associate’s degree or higher and 2+ years of outbound sales/marketing experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, database systems, and familiarity with AR, AP, Payroll, HR, and multiline phone systems are valued. Must have authorization to work in the U.S. and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
