Job Summary
Make outbound sales calls to generate leads, create proposals, and schedule customer appointments. Maintain multiple sales calendars, provide inbound customer service, and build rapport while processing payments. Administer the customer database, maintain accurate records, and complete paperwork to support Sales Arborists. Participate in call monitoring and coaching sessions for training and quality support. This role requires a fast-paced, collaborative environment with opportunities to develop skills in the arboricultural industry.
Required Qualifications
- Authorization to lawfully work in the U.S.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds
Desired Qualifications
- An associate's degree or higher (preferred)
- Previous success with outbound calling and sales/marketing (2+ years a plus)
- Experience with AR, AP, Payroll, HR, Benefits, and multiline phone systems
- A strong eye for accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence
