Job Summary
Administrative leadership role overseeing nursing services at Arbor Oaks Lifespark Senior Living Community. Responsible for overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of nursing care and daily clinical operations; supervise nursing staff, ensure proper charting and documentation of care, medications, and treatments; assist with orientation, training, and staffing plans; collaborate with Executive Director and Director of Health Services to build relationships with families, care providers, and external prospects; evaluate residents to determine appropriate level of care.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- valid state licensure as a Registered Nurse
- minimum of two years’ management or supervisory experience in long-term or acute care (preferred)
- Restorative or geriatric nursing experience (preferred)
- Must be able to relate professionally with residents and families
- Must possess advanced computer skills
