Job Summary
Coordinate Producers Mark submissions for over 400 films annually, including gathering, organizing, and tracking submission data while redacting sensitive information. Manage arbitration scheduling, maintain the Arbitrations Calendar, and respond to inquiries regarding the submission process. Administer the Producing Partnership Process by collecting petitions, organizing materials for the Panel, scheduling meetings, and tabulating votes. Draft determinations, maintain accurate records, and assist with drafting legal and arbitration-related documents. Update the Producers Mark and Awards website with annual revisions and support special initiatives across the legal team. This role reports to the Associate General Counsel and involves a hybrid schedule in Los Angeles, CA, with in-office presence Tuesday through Thursday.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1–2 years of professional experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent judgment, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proactive and resourceful, with the willingness to learn and take initiative
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
- Full-time employment
