Conduct assessments, plan, and execute rehabilitation measures for two special residences in Halmstad, managing both acute and scheduled patient needs. Document interventions, prescribe medical devices based on individual requirements, and supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality care. Collaborate closely with physiotherapists, nurses, and care managers while providing training to maintain safety standards. Work individually and in teams within a mobile rehab unit, supporting a 10-person group led by a group chief. Requires full-time employment from Monday to Friday, 07:30–16:00, with a minimum of two years of experience and a valid driver's license.
