Operate order fulfillment and production control for series orders, handling data entry, scheduling, and coordination. Manage customer service via phone and written communication, document agreements, and monitor custom logistics requirements against planned versus actual quantities. Address complaints and initiate preventive measures while collaborating with tooling, maintenance, and production teams for capacity planning and machine allocation. Execute operational support for index changes, tool modifications, and material movements. Maintain freight, customs, and shipping documentation alongside master data entry in SAP/PPS systems. Contribute to sales planning, forecasts, and price monitoring, while supporting standardization and Lean projects. Requires fundamental experience in order fulfillment or production planning, strong ERP skills, and high service orientation.
