Conduct central work order planning for labor, costs, and resources while calculating content and expenses for each work package. Coordinate all trades, technical departments, and plant managers to ensure safety and quality standards are met, documenting workflows and minimizing interface gaps. Monitor engineering performance quality and develop project processes. Requires a technical vocational qualification with experience in refinery, chemical, or power plant technology, plus knowledge of work preparation and control.
