Prepare technical feasibility and project realization, collaborating with project leadership teams to plan and calculate costs. Manage external contacts including suppliers, subcontractors, and authorities for fine-tuning, while identifying optimization potential and developing procurement strategies. Handle tender preparation, evaluation of subcontractor offers, and technical-commercial award negotiations, often on-site. Execute order creation, supplier assessment, and project visits to coordinate with construction leadership and conduct invoice controls. Requires a completed construction technical training, MS Office proficiency, and C1-level German.
