Prepare project technical feasibility and realization by collaborating with the project leadership team. Plan and calculate projects while coordinating with external parties such as suppliers, subcontractors, and authorities for fine-tuning. Optimize procurement strategies and manage tender preparation, evaluation, and contract administration. Conduct technical and commercial tender negotiations, potentially on-site, and evaluate supplier and subcontractor offers. Visit project sites and coordinate with construction management and subcontractors, including invoice control. This role supports Ten Brinke's international project development, construction, and asset management operations across Europe.
