Job Summary
Seeking an expert for the Site Safety department at Roche to coordinate services related to occupational safety and plant safety. Responsibilities include providing competent advice on occupational safety, conducting risk assessments, and creating safety-related documents for new construction projects. Must have a Master's degree in engineering or sciences and experience in a similar role. Strong IT tool affinity for data analysis and excellent communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in engineering with specialization in process engineering, safety engineering or a Master's in Natural Sciences
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Structured and solution-oriented working style as a safety expert according to § 7 ASiG
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in similar position ideally in industry
- Ability to recognize and assess hazards in explosive areas and chemical/pharmaceutical production
- Expertise in creating technical risk analyses (HAZOPs)
- Knowledge in creating explosion protection documents
