Job Summary
Conduct medical supervision, risk analyses, and on-site visits to ensure optimal service delivery in prevention and wellness. Provide tailored advice to both employers and employees while participating in the Committee for Prevention and Protection at Work. Collaborate with psychologists, ergonomists, and other specialists to foster collective well-being through dialogue. Support individual employees and contribute to interdisciplinary projects based on expertise. Maintain continuous professional development in domains such as psychosocial wellness, ergonomics, or occupational hygiene.
Required Qualifications
- Masterdiploma in geneeskunde
- Specialisatie in arbeidsgeneeskunde
- Communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel verbaal als schriftelijk
- Diplomatie in contacten naar patiënten toe
- Vlotte pen
