Job Summary
Conduct labor and organizational research to analyze workplace situations, workload, and sustainability. Advise clients on reintegration, prevention, and improving working conditions while identifying risks and opportunities for vitality. Translate findings into clear reports, practical advice, and effective interventions. Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders, clients, and employees across diverse organizations. Work project-based with frequent contact to gain broad industry insight. Full-time schedule of 32 to 40 hours with a competitive salary.
Required Qualifications
- HBO werk- en denkniveau
- afgeronde opleiding op het gebied van arbeids- en organisatiekunde
- certificering als Arbokerndeskundige (A&O)
- bereidheid om de certificering Arbokerndeskundige (A&O) te behalen
- minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring als Arbeids- en Organisatiedeskundige
- actuele kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving
- gewenheid om projectmatig te werken
