Arabic Speaking KYC Analyst (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

Job Summary
Review customer documents, resolve KYC alerts, and activate new customer trading accounts. Handle client communication via multilingual and templated emails while performing back-office operations including withdrawals, transfers, and deposits. Complete additional tasks and special projects upon request while maintaining confidentiality and meeting daily benchmarks. Candidates must possess a degree in finance, fluency in Arabic and English, and competency with PCs and common operating systems. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with a preference for those who can join immediately on December 11, 2024. This role supports a multinational leader in online trading and financial services based in Bangsar Shopping Mall, Kuala Lumpur.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a Degree in Finance or relevant qualification
- Good communication (spoken & written) in Arabic AND English
- Competency with PCs and common operating systems, browsers and Internet search
- Able to multi-task and meet daily benchmarks/deadlines
- Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
- Able to maintain confidentiality
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience conducting KYC and/or Back Office operations
- Prefer candidates who can join immediately on 11th Dec 2024
- Prefer candidates with own transport (MRT is 500 meters walking distance)
