The role involves staying current with culinary trends and adapting the menu to seasonal availability while maintaining high-speed, high-pressure kitchen performance.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in preparing Arabic cuisine
- At least 5 years of experience in high-end dining or hospitality settings
- Culinary degree or professional training is preferred
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills
- Excellent organization and time management abilities
- A creative flair and passion for developing unique Arabic dishes
