Job Summary
GLS is seeking a professional Arabic Consecutive Interpreter to provide onsite interpretation services, supporting effective communication between English-speaking personnel and Arabic-speaking clients. Key responsibilities include providing accurate consecutive interpretation, ensuring completeness, neutrality, and cultural accuracy, maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards, and managing communication flow. Minimum qualifications require fluency in Arabic and English, proven experience in consecutive interpreting, and strong listening and note-taking skills. Preferred qualifications include experience in medical, legal, or community interpretation, national certifications, and familiarity with industry-specific terminology.
