Job Summary

Monitor communication intercepts, translate, transcribe, and interpret oral and electronic media into English. Prepare grammatically correct summaries, gists, and verbatim transcripts while identifying conversants via voice libraries. Operate recording and playback equipment, maintain slang dictionaries, and perform quality control and validation of all work products. Digitally initial files, arrange paperwork into binders, and ensure compliance with Court regulations. Requires a Secret clearance, Bachelor's degree, and native-level fluency in Arabic, Bengali, or Chinese Cantonese.
